🔹Job Type: Full-Time/Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days WFH)

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Application Support to join our team. The role involves supporting business applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations across stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 application support and resolve escalated issues within SLA.
• Monitor systems, perform health checks, and support batch processes.
• Deploy code/config changes in pre-production & production.
• Maintain documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data security, stability, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in weekend/on-call support on rotation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in application/technical support.
• Strong knowledge of SQL / Sybase / Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with IT systems, Windows OS, networks & hardware.
• Basic programming knowledge (Java or C++ is a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in financial/banking systems is a plus.
