Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager located in Cairo. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reservations process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling booking inquiries, and optimizing sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, training staff, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
