Our trusted Partner, Huawei Northern Africa is hiring a self-driven Cloud Service Engineer to join the team in Egypt Cairo .

About the Role: a Cloud Service Engineer will be responsible for various Cloud Services activities as follows: ,

1.Take charge of IT integration products in cloud-native scenarios. (One or more of cloud computing, storage, big data, application & AI, disaster recovery, and security) Plan and design end-to-end service solutions and provide technical assurance. Lead the system integration of delivery solutions. Handle and close engineering problems. Ensure successful project delivery, stable network operation, and customer satisfaction.

2.Be responsible for O&M assurance of HUAWEI CLOUD systems and take the lead in planning and implementation of technologies such as cloud service system monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliable emergency response to ensure long-term stable and secure service running.

3.Gain insight into cloud technologies and best practices in the industry, design forward-looking serviceable solutions based on the evolution of products and solutions, and achieve low-cost, high-quality, and digital delivery and maintenance on various clouds (public and private clouds).

4.Design the tool system, build a future-oriented delivery/maintenance tool system based on the cloud native, intelligent, and digital automation technologies, and support the digital transformation of cloud technologies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree of Communicaiton or computer science is a must. with 3-5 years' experience working on cloud business

2.Strong customer service awareness, good communication understanding and interpersonal skills.

3.Familiarity with cloud native technologies (K8s/Docker/Prometheus) and artificial intelligence technologies is preferred.

4.Have a basic command of the principles and basic practices of computing, storage, network, database, security, and EI products.

5.Have the ability to work independently and solve problems, be good at communication, be willing to cooperate, be keen on new technologies, be good at summarizing and sharing, and like hands-on practice.

6.High-minded, willing to challenge, eager to succeed, and hoping to accumulate transnational work experience in
 different countries and cultures.
