Job Description

Industry: E-commerce

• Build formal and informal partnerships with ministries, chambers, unions, and global entities to position Oya as a trusted platform.
• Launch programs to represent the platform in events and media, enhancing its public image without direct advertising.
• Use tools to penetrate closed markets and monitor relevant government and funding opportunities.
• Act as the official spokesperson at conferences, exhibitions, and forums locally and internationally.
• Initiate collaborations with logistics, digital platforms, and export support organizations to unlock new markets.
• Track relevant initiatives, regulations, and funding opportunities; deliver regular reports on relationship impact and media performance.

 

Days off: Fridays 

Working hours: from 9 to 6

Job Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years, including at least 4 years in an international environment or a government-affiliated or B2B organization.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, International Trade, Political Science, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Languages: Full proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written); a third language (French, German, or Swahili) is preferred.
• Skills: Negotiation, diplomacy, public relations, professional writing, official representation, and media crisis management.
