Job Title : Manager Trainee

Job Description : Learns to manage daily restaurant operations including both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks

Ensures excellent customer service and handles complaints professionally

Assists in training new staff and supporting the team during shifts

Helps with scheduling and shift planning

Monitors inventory and assists in ordering supplies

Participates in stock control and waste reduction

Learns to use the point-of-sale (POS) system and handles cash and daily financial reports

Ensures cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations

Participates in executing local marketing initiatives and promotional activities

Monitors key performance indicators such as sales, customer satisfaction, and labor costs
