ASSET is hiring a Commercial Operations Engineer to support our pre-sales and commercial operations team across Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Revenue (OTR) functions. We are looking for a Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering graduate with 0–2 years of experience and a drive to grow in a dynamic commercial environment.

💼 Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

• Assist in developing competitive pricing and technical proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assess customer's requirements and feasibility.
• Ensure proposals meet internal standards and customer's specifications.

Procurement Support:

• Coordinate with suppliers and assist in procurement planning.
• Support negotiation and vendor communication to meet project deadlines.

Execution (Order-to-Revenue Process):

• Convert customer's purchase orders into internal sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Track and follow up on delivery timelines, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, including incoterms, delivery schedules, and customer's documentation.
• Assist in handling letters of credit, guarantees, and other commercial instruments related to order execution.

After-Sales Support:

• Provide post-delivery assistance and support during warranty periods.
• Coordinate with service teams and handle customer's requests for installations, commssioning, troubleshooting, start-up support and repair services.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical , Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in a relevant technical or commercial role.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
