Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Sales Representative located on-site in Cairo. The Customer Service Sales Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, manage sales transactions, and maintain client relationships. Daily tasks will involve addressing customer needs, resolving issues, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sales, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and active listening skills
- Proficiency in using customer management software and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Graduates and Dropouts
- Fluency in English ( B2 -C1 )
