We are representing a top-tier creative marketing agency in Dubai that partners with global and regional brands to deliver innovative, high-impact campaigns. Our client is seeking a talented Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across multiple client campaigns.
• Identify, source, and manage relationships with influencers across the MENA region.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines to maximise ROI.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring creative alignment and timely execution.
• Analyse campaign performance and present insights, learnings, and recommendations to clients.
• Stay ahead of influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging talent.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to integrate influencer activity into broader marketing plans.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of the influencer landscape in MENA, with an existing network of talent.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable campaign results.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using analytics tools to measure performance and optimise strategy.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Dubai (visa sponsorship provided).
