Job Description

 

We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Finance team. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy turning numbers into strategies, and want to make a tangible impact, this role is for you.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Deliver accurate financial analysis, variance reports, and performance insights to support senior management decisions.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategies, investments, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and present management reporting packs for leadership.
• Support strategic projects such as fundraising and new market entry with financial insights.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related areas, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in fast-growing startups or dynamic environments preferred.
• Skills:
• Advanced financial modeling & Excel skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
• Certifications: CFA, CMA, or ACCA preferred.
• Traits: Proactive, adaptable, analytical thinker, strong communicator, and a strategic mindset.
