Job Title: AWS Assistant Product Manager (APM) – Egypt

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Department: Cloud Business Unit

Reporting To: Product Manager - AWS


Role Overview:

The AWS Assistant Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving AWS cloud business growth in Egypt. This role involves managing partner relationships, executing vendor strategies, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in cloud distribution, vendor management, or channel sales, with a strong understanding of AWS and the regional cloud ecosystem. The candidate will be directly responsible for achieving AWS sales and gross margin (GM) targets in Egypt.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the AWS GTM strategy and execution across Egypt.
  • Drive partner onboarding, enablement, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align AWS objectives with business goals.
  • Liaise with AWS regional teams for program alignment and execution.
  • Manage partner lifecycle: recruitment, training, certification, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct regular partner reviews and support QBRs with AWS.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and incentive utilization.
  • Own and drive AWS sales and gross margin (GM) targets for Egypt.
  • Ensure operational compliance with AWS frameworks and distributor processes.
  • Plan and execute AWS-led marketing campaigns, webinars, and partner events.
  • Track campaign ROI and partner engagement metrics.
  • Support content creation for digital and offline initiatives.
  • Maintain dashboards for partner performance, certifications, and revenue.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in cloud distribution, vendor management, or channel sales.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud business models.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and gross margin targets.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.


Preferred Certifications:

-AWS Cloud Practitioner or higher (preferred).


-Additional cloud or sales certifications are a plus.
