Job summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Civil/Fit Out) with proven experience in acoustic partitions, gypsum partitions, and interior fit-out works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in fit-out projects with hands-on expertise in acoustic and gypsum partitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects, particularly acoustic and gypsum partition works.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project requirements are achieved.
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, reports, and technical documentation.
• Monitor site progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise site operations including labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with procurement/logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Conduct inspections and provide technical support during execution.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
• Assist in managing project budgets and controlling costs.
