Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior fit-out projects on-site from initiation to completion.
• Plan daily and weekly site activities and ensure smooth execution of civil works.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship according to specifications and standards.
• Supervise the labor force and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Address technical issues and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with UAE civil and construction regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare BOQs, RFIs, progress reports, and close-out documentation.
• Assist in procurement, budgeting, and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in civil works within interior fit-out projects.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, execution methods, and project sequencing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under strict deadlines.
