Responsibilities:

• Conducting internal audits to assure that the quality level is comply with requirements of client’s specification, applicable codes and standards.
• Review of workshop and pre-assembly drawing and ensure that only controlled drawings are using.
• Review of material traceability report and (MTC) to ensure the conformance of materials.
• Review of procedure qualification record (PQR) and welding procedure specifications (WPS).
• Check of material's preparation process.
• Witness of welder performance qualification record (WPQR).
• Execute field and workshop dimension and welding visual inspection.
• Making of NDT request according to project specifications & ITP scope requirement.
• Making of NDT applications and review of NDT reports according to client’s specification and applicable codes.
• Check of welding consumables (electrodes type, drying process/temperature, filler wires/rods & shielding gases).
• Monitoring of welding machines, ovens and other measurements tools/gauges calibration.
• Prepare and maintain of the various QC reports.
• Making of (NCR) in any case of non-conformity before, during and after any manufacturing process and assuring that the case is repaired according to the approved procedures or rejected according to client’s specifications, applicable codes and standards.
