Roles and Responsibilities:


  • The Quality Assurance and Document Controller is responsible for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the projects and organization’s Document Management System (DMS).
  • Performing quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues related to document content or formatting.
  • Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to address document-related concerns.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate receipt, registration, distribution, retrieval and filing of all projects-controlled documentation; support the Project Control and Project Team in all matters relating to Document Control area and shall contribute to delivery of the project in time, in budget and in accordance with department standards.


Technical Skills Required:


  • ISO 9001-2015 internal auditor is a plus.
  • Administration skills.
  • Document Managing skills.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Detail Oriented.


Professional Experience Required:



  • Education: Bachelors degree of Electrical Engineering
  • Years of Experience: 1-2 years as a QA Engineer and/or Project Document Controller
  • Language: Arabic & English Business Communication
  • Computer skills: excellent in MS office package (Word, Excel, Power Pont, Visio, Etc.)
