Job summary

Analyze and design innovative services centered on customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Apply design methodologies to develop services centered on customer needs.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder workshops to generate innovative ideas and improve existing services.
  • Design and test service prototypes directly with users to ensure relevance.
  • Analyze pain points in the customer journey and redesign processes to enhance satisfaction.
  • Prepare and document service scenarios and value blueprints.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure effective and scalable implementation.
  • Integrate behavioral principles to encourage positive service interactions.
  • Measure and analyze improvement impact using KPIs and continuous user feedback.

Qualifications

  • Experience applying service design methodologies.
  • Ability to facilitate participatory workshops.
