Responsibilities
- Apply design methodologies to develop services centered on customer needs.
- Lead multi-stakeholder workshops to generate innovative ideas and improve existing services.
- Design and test service prototypes directly with users to ensure relevance.
- Analyze pain points in the customer journey and redesign processes to enhance satisfaction.
- Prepare and document service scenarios and value blueprints.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure effective and scalable implementation.
- Integrate behavioral principles to encourage positive service interactions.
- Measure and analyze improvement impact using KPIs and continuous user feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience applying service design methodologies.
