Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused relationship manager to join our team. This
role is critical in managing client onboarding, facilitating agreement execution, and
overseeing end-to-end debt collection processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
building and maintaining strong business relationships with corporate clients while
ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
Identify and engage prospective companies for onboarding.
Guide clients through the onboarding process, including KYC, compliance checks,
and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
Agreements and Documentation:
Draft, send, and manage commercial and operational agreements.
Track agreement statuses and follow up to ensure timely execution.
Ensure all documents are properly archived and legally compliant.
Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored
solutions.
Provide regular updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
Debt Collection Management:
Oversee the entire debt recovery lifecycle, from soft collections to legal escalations if
necessary.
Liaise with legal teams and collection partners as required.
Maintain accurate records of outstanding amounts and communications.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in relationship management, corporate onboarding, or financial
services.
Strong knowledge of financial documentation and agreement handling.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
Familiarity with debt recovery processes and financial regulations is an advantage.
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools is preferred.
Multilingual abilities (especially Arabic and English) are a plus.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
