Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused relationship manager to join our team. This

role is critical in managing client onboarding, facilitating agreement execution, and

overseeing end-to-end debt collection processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in

building and maintaining strong business relationships with corporate clients while

ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Client Onboarding:

 Identify and engage prospective companies for onboarding.

 Guide clients through the onboarding process, including KYC, compliance checks,

and documentation.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

 Agreements and Documentation:

 Draft, send, and manage commercial and operational agreements.

 Track agreement statuses and follow up to ensure timely execution.

 Ensure all documents are properly archived and legally compliant.

 Relationship Management:

 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

 Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored

solutions.

 Provide regular updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.

 Debt Collection Management:

 Oversee the entire debt recovery lifecycle, from soft collections to legal escalations if

necessary.

 Liaise with legal teams and collection partners as required.

 Maintain accurate records of outstanding amounts and communications.

 Develop and implement strategies to improve collection performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

 Proven experience in relationship management, corporate onboarding, or financial

services.

 Strong knowledge of financial documentation and agreement handling.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational ability.

 Familiarity with debt recovery processes and financial regulations is an advantage.

 Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools is preferred.

 Multilingual abilities (especially Arabic and English) are a plus.

 Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
