Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Supervisor located in Giza. The Reservations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day reservation tasks, manage and train reservations staff, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing reservations, monitoring booking trends, and maintaining effective communication with other departments to optimize room occupancy.

Qualifications

• Strong reservation and Booking management skills
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to maintain clear and effective communication across departments
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with the aim to provide a positive guest experience
• Training skills to mentor and develop reservations team members
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
