Role Description

We’re looking for a motivated B2B Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, ensuring their success, and building long-term relationships. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, helping them get the most value from Edara while coordinating internally with sales, product, and support teams.


What You’ll Do


  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as their trusted advisor.
  • Monitor account performance, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Respond to client requests and resolve issues by collaborating with the internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Share client insights and feedback with the product team.
  • Prepare account reports and track key customer success metrics.


What We’re Looking For


  • 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales (preferably in SaaS or technology).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a structured way.
  • Familiarity with ERP or SaaS solutions.
