Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential partners across F&B, lifestyle, fintech, delivery, and other relevant industries.
- Develop tailored partnership proposals that create win-win value for elmenus and its partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close partnership agreements, and ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to activate partnerships effectively.
- Monitor performance of ongoing partnerships, optimize campaigns, and deliver against KPIs.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen elmenus' market presence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, ( F&B, or e-commerce is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track ROI and optimize performance.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about the F&B and digital space.
