Job summary
Support the onboarding and continuous development of retail teams, store managers, and supervisors across all locations. Ensure all staff are trained in brand history, seasonal collections, materials, craftsmanship, storytelling techniques, and interpersonal skills to deliver a refined and emotionally intelligent client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related major from a reputable university.
- Deep knowledge of the high-end fashion industry, luxury clientele expectations, and premium customer service practices.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and influence employees at all levels.
- Proven experience developing and delivering engaging, interactive training sessions both in-person and digitally.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
