Mosla Pioneers is a leading recruitment and training agency, specializing in providing top-tier educational and professional development solutions. We are currently expanding our Language Academy and seeking highly qualified English Instructors to join our team.

We are looking for 10 experienced English Instructors with exceptional communication and teaching skills to deliver high-quality English training. Instructors will work on a batch-based system with the opportunity to handle up to 8 batches per month. After the successful completion of a trial period, instructors will also receive a basic salary in addition to batch-based compensation.

• Deliver engaging English language sessions to students at various proficiency levels.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with training objectives.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet learners’ needs.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum and training quality.

• C2 level English proficiency (native-level fluency).
• Bachelor’s degree (English, Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (classroom or corporate training).
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage group sessions effectively.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

• Salary is per batch, with up to 8 batches per month available.
