Admaius Capital Partners is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our Cairo team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a pan-African private equity fund, supporting investments across diverse sectors and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Analysis: Perform deep-dive market research, sector mapping, and competitor benchmarking to identify attractive investment themes and opportunities.
• Investment Materials: Draft investment memoranda, presentations, and discussion materials for the investment committee and co-investors.
• Deal Execution: Build detailed financial models, conduct valuation and sensitivity analyses, and support due diligence workstreams across financial, legal, tax, and commercial areas.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Track operating and financial performance of portfolio companies, analyze KPIs, and support value creation initiatives.
• Work on investor reporting by preparing performance updates, benchmarking, and supporting LP communications.
• Take initiative in a fast-paced environment, contributing to both investment and firm-building activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in banking, advisory, consulting, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and research skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated drive, hunger, and initiative with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
