Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
