Job Description

• Specialized in Aviation

• Handles all travel related requests from booking and issuing air tickets, hotel bookings and travel insurance.

• Preparing visa documentation for the walk-in and corporates.

• Maintain and extend company service standards for client satisfaction.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints while providing efficient and effective solutions.

Job Requirements

• Skills / Other Requirements: Experience with Amadeus, Sabre, GDS systems, and Microsoft Office

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry
• Languages: English - Very Good.
