Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer or Technical Consultantto review, validate, and advise on the design, specification, and commissioning of a complete liquid and vapor transfer system for high-TVP LPG/NGL. The system includes loading arms, loading skid, vapor recovery, safety systems, metering, tie-ins, storage tanks, blending systems and integration with transport and receiving facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Review: Validate mechanical, hydraulic, and materials design for all equipment, ensuring ≥25 bar MAWP, ANSI 300# flanges, and compatibility with product blends.
• Safety & Compliance: Confirm compliance with NFPA 30, ASME B31.3, API 6D/2350/521, IEC 60079; review hazardous area classifications and overfill prevention (API 2350).
• Metering & Control: Audit custody transfer systems for OIML R117/ISO 10723 compliance, prover connection readiness, and ESD integration.
• Vapor Management: Assess vapor recovery system design and vapor balance integration.
• Commissioning Support: Witness FAT/SAT, develop checklists, provide site commissioning oversight, and assist in operator training.
