Role Purpose

Responsible for supporting the commercial and contractual management of construction projects through accurate quantity take-offs, and valuation of works. This role involves assisting in the preparation of take-off quantities and maintaining proper cost documentation in coordination with other site and commercial teams.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Participate in the evaluation of subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Assist in preparing Payment interim and commercial documentation.
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
• Maintain well-documented records for contractual purposes.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quantity surveying roles within the Egyptian construction industry.
• Good knowledge of standard forms of contracts (e.g., FIDIC).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
