Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Developing positive relationships with clients and handling their needs.
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Acting as the primary contact for assigned clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Tracking account targets and monitoring sales metrics.
  • Preparing reports on account status and transaction.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive.
  • Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
