Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator located in Egypt. The Tour Operator will be responsible for coordinating and conducting guided tours, managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, making reservations, and handling sales inquiries. The role involves planning and organizing tour packages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and efficiently handling any issues that arise during tours.

Qualifications

Skills in Guided Tours, Travel & Tourism

Customer Service and Reservations skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations

Experience in the travel industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
