𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

This remote role is open to candidates based in Egypt, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, and other Arabic-speaking countries in the Levant and North Africa region.


Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only be skilled in analytics and insights generation but will also help us transition to a more robust and accessible internal data system. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and usability of the data that powers our reports and client deliverables.


Speaking/reading fluent Arabic is a must.


𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

● Data Management & Systems

- Work with external vendors and internal teams to establish a more accessible and reliable data system to replace the current SPSS-only dependency.

- Build and maintain internal pipelines to ensure data flows correctly from source to reporting.

- Validate, audit, and clean datasets to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.

● Analytics & Insights

- Analyze consumer surveys and datasets (SPSS and SQL) to generate accurate and actionable insights.

- Develop comprehensive visuals and presentations that clearly communicate findings.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret consumer behavior and market trends, ensuring insights support business decisions.

● Quality Assurance

- Review legacy data and processes to detect inaccuracies and implement corrective measures.

- Establish quality checks to ensure all client reports are based on reliable, accurate data.

● Client Deliverables

- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for clients, ensuring outputs are insightful, polished, and visually engaging.

- Partner with client-facing teams to ensure insights address business questions effectively.


Qualifications

● Up to 2 years of experience in data analysis, consumer insights, or market research.

● Hands-on experience with SPSS for survey analysis.

● Working knowledge of SQL (or willingness to build this system internally).

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot data errors and ensure quality.

● Experience with survey research, consumer insights, or market research preferred.

● Proficiency in data visualization and presentation (Excel, PowerPoint; bonus if familiar with BI tools).

● Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

● Strong communication skills to present complex findings clearly and concisely.

● Fluent in speaking/reading Arabic
