Job Description

• Design and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to the needs of adult learners in a professional environment.
• Assess learners’ language proficiency and develop individualized learning plans to support their progress.
• Incorporate a variety of teaching methodologies and multimedia resources to enhance learning outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Develop and update instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments in alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and interactive activities to promote language practice and confidence.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessment results.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to identify language training needs and recommend solutions.
• Stay current with best practices in language instruction and integrate new techniques as appropriate.
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and growth.
