Job Description

• Oversee and manage all architectural finishing activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of finishing works.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules related to finishing works.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to design intent and industry best practices.
• Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports, site logs, and documentation for all finishing activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies related to finishing works in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all finishing activities are completed within the project timeline and budget constraints.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on-site.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
