Job Description

Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to identify and complete required quantity surveying required in coordination with tendering team.

Initiate and prepare detailed BOQ’s for landscape projects.

Revise executed works on-site and maintain updated records of completed quantities in coordination with operations team.

Manage, update client invoicing cycle in coordination with operations and finance teams.

Review, process subcontractors’ invoices, validate quantities, and ensure compliance with contract terms

Manage and process variation orders cycle in coordination with operations team.

Revise and approve commercial clients invoices in alignment with sub-contractors relevant invoices.

Maintain regular site progress update for residential clients invoicing in coordination with finance and operation teams

Maintain records of all QS and invoicing documentation for audit and project closure

Job Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience as a QS/Cost Control Engineer, preferably in landscape construction.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, invoicing procedures, and variation order processes.
