Job Description
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for various construction and engineering projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and coordinated digital representations.
- Assist in the integration of BIM data with other project management and design tools.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
- Identify and resolve clashes and inconsistencies within BIM models using specialized software.
- Contribute to the implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across projects.
- Assist in training and supporting team members in BIM processes and software usage.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure seamless information exchange and model compatibility.
- Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and recommend improvements to workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in BIM engineering or a similar role.
- Familiarity with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction and design processes.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Full-time, entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with limited experience.
