Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QS Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The QS Engineer will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final figures. Duties include cost estimation, cost control, preparing tender documents, contract administration, and conducting feasibility studies. The QS Engineer will ensure projects are completed within budget, and financial risk is minimized while maintaining quality standards and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in relevant software tools for quantity surveying and project management
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
• Professional certification in quantity surveying is preferred
