Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Jeddah and Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
Department: Operations
Reports to: Restaurant Manager / Area Manager
Industry: Food & Beverage / Hospitality

Job Purpose

To ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant by leading the floor team, maintaining service quality, and upholding company standards in customer service, hygiene, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise restaurant staff and ensure excellent guest experience.
  • Monitor daily operations including opening/closing procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure food safety and quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are met.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient flow.
  • Monitor inventory, place supply orders, and control waste.
  • Implement SOPs and assist in audits and internal checks.
  • Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role in a busy F&B outlet.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP is a plus).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

Working Hours

  • 6 days/week (rotational shifts), including weekends and holidays.
