Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive and store goods according to ID numbers and company guidelines.
- Enter and update goods in the inventory system to keep records accurate.
- Check the condition of the materials received and report any issues to the line manager.
- Track inventory levels and assist with ordering and replenishing materials as needed.
- Perform regular checks of stored goods to match physical inventory with system records and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Update and manage records and files related to inventory and orders.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding deliveries and issues.
- Assist with stocktaking and inventory counts.
- Follow safety procedures for handling and storing materials.
- Support other team members and help with training new staff on inventory procedures.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
