About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the SaaS market, with a focus on Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and enterprise asset management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, strong industry knowledge in facility management/manufacturing/healthcare/utilities, and the ability to build strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for our CMMS SaaS platform.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand presence in target industries (factories, hospitals, utilities, retail chains, service providers).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to decision-makers (maintenance managers, operations directors, CIOs, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align customer needs with product offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and drive long-term customer relationships.
- Track sales metrics, market trends, and competitors to adjust strategies for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 4–7 years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B business development, or enterprise software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS, EAM, CAFM, or related facility management software is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage enterprise-level clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
