Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation in line with company standards and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date document logs, registers, and filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Coordinate the receipt, review, issuance, and distribution of engineering documents, drawings, and correspondence
- Handle document version control, numbering, and transmittals to internal departments and external stakeholders
- Work closely with project, QA/QC, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely document submissions and approvals
- Use Aconex to manage project documentation workflows, including workflows, status updates, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation practices
- Prepare regular reports on document status, pending approvals, and overdue submissions
- Support audits, inspections, and handover documentation processes
