Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering workshops, translating business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 modules (Project Management, Asset Management, Finance, Vendor Management, SCM), ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
- Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and reliability of implemented Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Collaborate with developers to customize Dynamics 365 F&O, including plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to project teams, including training and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to end-users.
- Conduct system audits and identify areas for improvement, optimizing system efficiency and performance.
- Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and new features, proactively recommending enhancements.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timelines.
