Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops, translating business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 modules (Project Management, Asset Management, Finance, Vendor Management, SCM), ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
  • Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and reliability of implemented Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Collaborate with developers to customize Dynamics 365 F&O, including plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance to project teams, including training and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to end-users.
  • Conduct system audits and identify areas for improvement, optimizing system efficiency and performance.
  • Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and new features, proactively recommending enhancements.
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Proven experience in at least two Dynamics 365 modules (Project Management, Asset Management, Finance, Vendor Management, SCM.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
