Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager based in Cairo. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reservations team, managing room inventory, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient processes for bookings and cancellations. The individual will also be involved in coordinating with sales and marketing teams, training staff, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Regularly, the Reservations Manager will monitor reservation trends, generate reports, and implement strategies to optimize room occupation and revenue.

• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proven ability in Training and team management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using reservation and hotel management software
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a Hilton background
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
