Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of the mall, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional

environment for tenants and visitors. This role manages day-to-day maintenance, security protocols, housekeeping services, and a team of

operations staff to maintain high operational standards and a positive customer experience.

Supervise daily operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and facility checks, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and ready for

business.

Lead and manage the on-site operations team, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel, providing guidance and

ensuring schedules are met.

Monitor the performance of external contractors and service providers, ensuring they adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).

Enforce all safety and security procedures, conducting regular patrols and checks, and responding to incidents in a timely manner.

Act as a key point of contact for tenant inquiries related to operations, maintenance, and facility issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on operational activities, incidents, and maintenance status for management review..
