Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Cairo. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for travel consulting, travel management, making travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in making Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service and Reservation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and industry trends must Have GDS Amadeus & online hotels portals
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred
