Job Description

• Process purchase orders and track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to confirm orders, delivery dates, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Responsible for compliance with GOEIC, NTRA, etc.. guidelines
• Compliance with decree 43
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure the smooth flow of goods 

Job Requirements

• BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience must have v.good in ( Import ) .
• Proven experience as logistics coordinator, supply chain.
• Computer-skills with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve logistical challenges.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
