Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Project Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Engineering Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with project engineers and construction managers, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. The role involves leading teams and facilitating effective communication among team members to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Communication Engineering Management, Project Management, and Project Engineering skills
• Experience in Nokia and mobile towers maintenance
• At least 15 years of experience in the field of maintenance and installation of mobile towers
• Communication Engineering Graduate
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering or a related field
• Professional certification in project management (such as PMP) is a plus
• Experience working with Nokia or Huawei companies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion
