Job Summary:

The Travel Consultant will design customized travel packages, select suitable hotels, and manage hotel and flight bookings using systems like TBO, Within Earth, RateHawk, Rezlive, and Amadeus...ets The role also includes liaising with local suppliers, ensuring competitive deals, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Package Design:

• Create tailored travel programs based on client needs.
• Select appropriate hotels and services within budget requirements.

• Booking Management:

• Handle flight and hotel bookings using systems like TBO, Within Earth, RateHawk, Rezlive, and Amadeus.
• Manage booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations.

• Supplier Coordination:

• Build strong relationships with local suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Negotiate prices and service agreements.

• Sales and Customer Service:

• Present competitive travel offers to customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide a seamless and high-quality customer experience.

• Operational Support:

• Oversee daily booking operations and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare performance and progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in travel and tourism.

• Technical Skills:

• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word).

• Sales Skills:

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Personal Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Market Knowledge:

• Familiarity with the travel needs of Saudi clients and local suppliers.
