ERP Implementer (1-3 Years Exp)

Location: Remote (Frequent customer visits — Cairo residents preferred)

We’re hiring an

- ERP HR Implementer

- ERP Finance Implementer

- ERP Manufacturing Implementer

with 1-3 years’ experience delivering ERPNext projects for his Specialized module.

The ideal candidate has vendor/partner-side experience working with diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERPNext implementations end-to-end: requirements, configuration, reports, training, support.
• Analyze client business processes, and tailor ERP solutions accordingly, using doc types & workflows.
• Implement needed Reports.
• Deliver user training and ongoing client support.
• Conduct frequent site visits within Cairo.
• Analyzes customer needs, business processes reported problems and reports to solve problems in the products.
• Works with development department in testing and implementing new product features and customer requirements.
• Recommends new strategies and programs for customer support and satisfaction.
• Response to client inquiries concerning product operation, software, and operator problems.
• Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Business informatics, Computer Science or Engineering
• 1-3 years of ERPNext or local ERP Implementation Exp.
• Specialize in configuring Manufacturing, Inventory, Accounting, Sales, and HR modules based on each job title.
• Strong client communication, Time management and project delivery skills.
• Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
• Excellent analytical thinking skills.
• Residency in Cairo preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• ERPNext certifications, data migration experience, Python basics is a plus.
