Job Description
• Develop & Execute quality control plans, type test plans, and inspection test plans as per master delivery plan with customers.
• Update internal quality standards as per recent operations updates.
• Send technical documents to the testing lab to start the testing process including drawings, technical datasheet and shipment details.
• Responsible for non-conformities within the company and follow up related corrective actions implementation.
• Executing quality inputs for order cycle / contract review cycle.
• Coordinate with warehouse department to allocate the final product in the specified quality area to ensure it is not being transferred or shipped to any clients at this stage.
• Receive and analyze the finish product then pass to warehouse after test.
• Ensure quality discipline 24/7 three shifts.
• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures / Work Instructions set by the Company Management & convey to direct reports.
• Follow up on test results to obtain the required certificate.
• Scheduling jobs with maximum manpower utilization & resources to achieve target in coordination with relevant teams.
• Make training for quality supervisor and technicians to improve their performance and competencies in providing the quality service.
• Issue daily, weekly and monthly reports to be approved by direct manager.
