Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Performance Manager will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating performance metrics, developing and implementing performance improvement strategies, and conducting performance reviews. Other duties include managing performance budgets, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  Strong Analytical Skills and Performance Management experience
• Excellent Communication and Training abilities
• Experience with Budgeting
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in KSA market is a must
• Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus
• Manage and optimize ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Experiment, test, and drive down CPAs while scaling ROI
• Work with agility in a remote-first, fast-moving environment
