Role Description

Qualifications

At least 1 years experience in

• Customer Support or Technical Support
• Strong Interpersonal and Analytical Skills
• Experience in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience in the food or tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
