We're looking for an Experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering high-impact projects and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience:

• Minimum 07 years of experience in Interior design Fit-out construction works, Civil, MEP projects.
• Minimum 5-7 years of Experience with reputable contracting company (mention as required qualification and questions asked) must be experienced in Civil, structural, Interior fitout & MEP trades.
• Experience in handling structural Engineering particularly construction of warehouse, large structural metal skeleton / frame works of a building, load calculations etc. will be considered as an added advantage.
• Experience in Interior fit-out of high end residential, commercial projects is MUST.
• MEP experience and knowledge is preferable.
• Expert experience to interpret shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications to guide on-site activities accurately.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication coordination skills between design, project, production & client teams.
• Must be experienced in doing project works schedules.
• Hand on experience composing handling projects daily business paper works as submittals, IR etc.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Project Management:
• Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Time management target oriented
